Do you have short term and long term goals for your business? Do you know what would happen to your business if something happened to you? Have you documented your key business processes? Join us for this workshop to take a deeper look into areas of operations you need to consider when starting and growing your business. We will take a look at how to structure your business to meet your business needs, how to set short term and long term goals and strategies, and examine different areas of risk within your business. Both new and existing small business owners will benefit from this workshop. There will be plenty of time allotted to ask questions of the instructors and business experts.

This workshop is provided by Better Business Bureau of Central OK, Axis Powered by Francis Tuttle, Moore Norman Technology Center, and REI Women's Business Center.
