Don’t Trip Yourself , Jana Christian - No matter your rung on the corporate ladder, many people, especially women, have a tendency to engage in some sort of career self-sabotage, from small insidious mistakes to larger glaring ones that can cost opportunities for advancement. In this session, we will discuss how look successful, use body language for your advantage, avoid common pitfalls in communication and much more.

How to Communicate Like a Boss and Still be Heard, Lissa Qualls - When we know how to communicate in such a way that our message can be heard, we have the opportunity to move forward in our careers and life.  In our time together we will look at ways to effectively communicate out message.

Ladies, Stop Doubting Yourself, Sara Orellana-Paape  - Learn to lead with grace and kindness. Develop your assertiveness, learn to hear your intuition and gain confidence from past experiences.

Leading From a Place of Power Without Overpowering, Lissa Qualls - It can be easy to step into a place of leadership and “tell” everyone around us how to show up and how to perform.  In this session we will look at how leading from a place of power with instead of power over makes us a more effective and productive leader.

Business and Social Etiquette, Jana Christian - The mere thought of mixing and mingling with strangers is enough to make some people break out in a sweat. Knowing how to handle one’s self with poise adds to an individual’s overall effectiveness when representing an organization at social and business events.

Networking For Success, Lissa Qualls - We know we have to network in order to grow our business.  The questions is how exactly do we wo that.  We will be looking at ways to be more intentional and effective with our networking.

Lissa Qualls, Clarity, LLC - For over twenty years Lissa served as a trainer for Youth for Christ USA and International. In her leadership roles Lissa has worked with CEOs, managers, leadership teams and entire companies each time helping them to better understand how they show up and how to better communicate with each other.
