Virtual Training: Business Basics: Human Capital Management

Are you tired of running your business alone? Do you have a job advertised and are only getting poor applicants? Do you know how much your employees really cost your business?  In this workshop, we will examine the basics of hiring and managing employees.
We will cover:

  • knowing when it’s time to hire someone
  • how to craft a job description and the basics of interviewing
  • what you need to keep now that you have your first employee
  • compliance issues and necessary documentation for having employees
  • leading a strong team

Both new and existing small business owners will benefit from this workshop.
