This training will help small business owners understand the difference in sales and marketing. We’ll help customize a metric for each business, assist in developing GAP and Risk Analysis, and provide each participant the opportunity to develop KPI’s (key performance indicators). In addition, participants will create a 2x2 to make sure they are prioritizing their time correctly - spending time and money on the most important clients and projects. Lunch will be provided.
