Join us for this workshop which will take a deeper look into the different areas of operations you need to consider when starting and growing your business. In this workshop, we will take a look at how to structure your business to meet your business needs, how to set short term and long term goals and strategies, as well as examine different areas of risk within your business. Both new and existing small business owners will benefit from this workshop.
