QuickBooks – Desktop – QuickBooks software is ideal for small businesses that manage their own accounting and other business transactions. Participants in this intensive, hands-on training will learn how QuickBookscan streamline their processes and benefit their business. QuickBooksPro 2018 Desktop version is used for this training. Topics to be covered include: Examining Chart of Accounts; Writing Checks and Recording Deposits; Reconciling Bank Statements; Entering and Paying Bills; Invoicing Customers and Receiving Payments; Creating Basic Financial Statements and Balance Sheets; Tracking Sales Tax; Entering and Receiving Credit Card Charges; Utilizing Sub-Accounts. Attendees will enter information on provided laptops using practice sets and have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance.
QuickBooks – Online – QuickBooks Online provides the same interactive hands-on approach to managing your business inventory, sales and other business transactions as the Desktop but using the ONLINE version of QuickBooks. The message is the same with a different version of the program. Study guides are yours to keep and laptops are provided for this course as well.
