The Business Tax workshops offered by the Oklahoma Tax Commission are designed to meet the needs of all business owners, from start-up to seasoned businesses who need to stay informed on the latest tax changes.

For a new business, or an individual who is considering starting a business in Oklahoma, this workshop offers information on formation, business structures, a step-by-step guide to business registration, bookkeeping techniques, and a line-by-line explanation of the primary business tax forms. The workshop participants will learn the keys to sales tax registration and collection, along with helpful tips on rate tables, reporting formats and exemptions.

For an existing business, participants will also learn the steps to filling out various business tax forms and which forms and tax laws have changed based on the latest legislative decisions.

This workshop will be in the Business and Industry Services Bldg., Room D101. Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U. S.
