Discover new tools to help grow your business! Join us to learn to use two web-based databases that make it easier to find your customers and discover more about other businesses in the area. In this workshop, we’ll use BusinessDecision and Reference USA to research consumer expenditures, gather demographic data and market segmentation data, and access information about over 14 million US businesses. This workshop is geared toward both existing and emerging businesses and is meant to help you better identify your target customers and understand how to reach them!

In this guided, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn to:
- use the BusinessDecision and Reference USA interfaces
- pull detailed demographic information and consumer spending habits
- research business-to-business information
- use this information to strengthen your marketing efforts
