Join us for an informative workshop that will answer some really important questions: product selection, development and preparation, regulations and requirements, ingredients, food processing, packaging, marketing, and the increasing popularity of the food truck.

This session will cover the basic steps of what a beginning food business goes through when developing a product line and what to expect in that process. There are many resources to help businesses from start-up to producing to packaging. Find where those resources are and what assistance can be provided.
