Do you have a special or secret recipe you would like to package and sell for others to enjoy, but do not know where to start? Join us for this fun workshop and learn the basics of starting a food business.

Information will be provided on the basics of starting a food business, marketing, packaging, food safety and food processing regulations, along with explanation of the Oklahoma Home Bakery Act adopted in 2013. Attendees will also learn about resources available to assist food-related businesses, such as OSU Cooperative Extension, OSU Food & Agricultural Products Center and Made in Oklahoma.
