Women-Owned small businesses have significant opportunities to contract with the federal government through a specific certification program.  The main focus of this session will be to learn the eligibility requirements for a women-owned small business and why this is important for women-owned businesses.  Additionally, information will be provided on steps to prepare for the program and helpful links will be shared.

This session will be useful for any woman entrepreneur or woman business owner interested in doing contracting with government entities.

Note: Participants will not leave the training with the certification completed, but with information on how to utilize and certify in the program.
