This quarter’s topic: Leadership Super Skills
In a world where businesses want to do more than just sell products, they also need to build relationships. Leadership is a key part of the promise you make to your team, brand, and customers. It’s more than just providing answers. It’s helping them even when they don’t know they need help, teaching them how to do more in positive and constructive ways. It starts with a smile and a friendly word, and finishes with sharing your expertise and experience.

Speaker: AVA Founder, Meegan Mackay
Meegan has been blessed with many Titles and Positions throughout life. From Military Spouse, to Pilot, Marathoner, to SCUBA Dive Master, she has studied six languages and traveled to four continents. She has a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University and is a Certified Interrogator with the Department of Defense. Her life has not always been easy and learned many lessons through trial, error, and defeat. Of all these Titles, the one she cherishes most, is military spouse and Mom. Meegan believes life is an adventure and if you believe, say, and do, you will succeed.
