Boost Your Small Business – 3-Part Series

This three-part series will focus on vital information that will guide entrepreneurs in the Okemah area in starting a small business, or re-evaluating and reviving an existing business. The first session in the series will present real steps to ensure a successful start for any small business. Feasibility of an idea, things to consider when launching a business, and putting critical information and plans on paper will all be discussed.

Part Two will focus on several aspects of the marketing plan, including using social media to market your business and customer service as a crucial tool for a successful business. Part Three will feature the Oklahoma Tax Commission presenting important information about structuring your business, legal needs, licenses, permits and taxes, and SBA and local lenders will present information on how to fund your business.
