Balancing productivity, harmony, civility, and the bottom line can be a very daunting task for employers. Profits can easily become the least of the employer's worries, when the focus turns to - drug testing employees, violence in the workplace, bullying and hostile workplace, social media, and other workplace conundrums. This presentation offers both legal and common sense approaches to some of the "hot button issues" cropping up in the workplace.

Linda practices in the areas of Civil Rights litigation, employment law, torts, licensing, ad valorem taxation, appellate practice and Oklahoma election law. She focuses her practice in the specialized area of labor and employment law.
