Wondering how to get shoppers off their computers and into your store?  “Clicks to Bricks: Attracting Online Shoppers Into Your Storefront” will provide you with tips for utilizing online tools to draw customers into your store and how to make in-store shopping worthwhile.  Some hints on what not to do will be shared, along with examples and plenty of time for discussion.

This unique business-building event will not only offer opportunities to market your services through interactive discussions but will share customer service tips as well as helpful business tips from local resource providers.
