Start It-Grow It-Own It: What You Didn’t Know You Needed

Meegan Mackay will present “Leading Outside the Circle”. Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to “win” as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. In order to become successful in any competitive marketplace, it is absolutely necessary to ensure that you have Leadership Skills.

Information designed to meet the needs of all business owners, from new businesses to seasoned businesses needing to brush up on the latest tax changes will be presented.

The Oklahoma PRIDE program teaches front-line employees quality customer service techniques. Do you and your employees offer quality customer service? What sets you and your business apart from others? Do you understand who your customers are and what they need? These techniques ensure dollars are spent, taxes are recovered, and the quality of life for our families and communities are enriched.

An important aspect for the day is networking and learning from other successful women business owners. A panel of successful women business owners will explain their trip to success and inspire all attendees. Take time during lunch to network and learn by sharing.
