As a new or potential food truck entrepreneur, it is difficult to find the information necessary to successfully launch your business. Join us to learn about the steps to starting and running a food truck, using your time wisely, and get information to avoid costly mistakes.

The Food Truck Summit will include details on rules and regulations from the City of Muskogee and the Muskogee Health Department, information on financing options and critical facts regarding the Oklahoma tax commission and the IRS. To run a successful food business, it is important to have a good business plan and basic understanding about food processing, marketing and regulatory requirements. This workshop will provide attendees with all of this and more!  You will also learn about all of the resources our state has to offer for start-up businesses.  Price includes lunch.

The Summit will be in the Business & Industry Services Bldg, Rm. 100. Registration fee includes lunch. You will be redirected to PayPal to pay for registration. Fee is non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your registration may be able to be transferred to another workshop.
