Producing Resourceful Informed Devoted Employees (PRIDE) Customer Service Training

Customer Service is about winning the friendship of customers, visitors and residents, while influencing where they spend their money. The PRIDE Program is a customer service campaign to teach business owners, local chambers and other professionals what goes into providing high-quality service and how to build strong skills.
